It doesn't work on some websites.

It may happen when the host server has X-FRAME-OPTIONS on its HTTP response headers and refuses to load on the external frames. It may also happen to all kinds of frame-based testing tools. To avoid this problem, check your server's HTTP response header.

I can only see the PC version of the website. It doesn't redirect me to a mobile version.

Troy is a tool used to test responsive websites that are based on the CSS Media Query. (One Source -Multi Use concept) However, most of the PC to mobile redirects are based on the user-agent detection so it will not work on Troy. Please enter the URL of the mobile version to test the website.
